Soar to New Heights with a Custom Aerial Tour
Experience an exhilarating adventure that takes you both above and below the rim of the Grand Canyon, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Along the way, marvel at amazing views of the historic Hoover Dam, the majestic Colorado River, and breathtaking desertscapes and mountain ranges. You’ll circle the West Rim and descend into the canyon itself.
Your high-flying getaway begins with check-in and a champagne toast at Marriott’s Grand Chateau®. Then, gather with fellow Owners to savor an elegant dinner at The Palm Las Vegas restaurant inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Spend the rest of the evening out in the city on your own, or return to the resort and enjoy its amenities.
On Day 2, cruise in style via Lux Bus to a custom-designed helicopter terminal at Maverick Helicopters where you’ll embark on an exciting helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon. After seeing awe-inspiring landscapes from a bird’s-eye view, you’ll land inside the canyon, to delight in a light lunch in a private picnic area 400 feet above the Colorado River. This incredible excursion also includes a visit to one of the Grand Canyon’s most popular sites, Eagle Point. Explore the natural rock formations and cultural center. Tour authentic homes and sweat lodges built by the Hualapai tribespeople at the Native American Village. Venture out onto the Skywalk, an amazing glass structure that extends 70 feet over the canyon’s rim, for an exhilarating view of the canyon floor 4,000 feet below. Your adventure concludes with mesmerizing views of the city’s dazzling skyline on the return trip to Las Vegas.
On Days 3 and 4, you’ll have some time to discover more of Las Vegas at your leisure. Visit an aquarium, check out the museums, or just stroll along the Strip. Indulge in a delicious dining experience or catch an award-winning show.

Packages Offered
Each package includes spacious accommodations in a 1-bedroom villa at Marriott’s Grand Chateau®. Please note: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the events described below.
Day 1
- Day of Arrival
Check in at Marriott’s Grand Chateau at 4 p.m. - Event Registration and Champagne Toast
Registration starts at 4:30 p.m. in the Sales Gallery Welcome Center on the 37th floor. - Welcome Dinner at The Palm Las Vegas
Choose from a select menu of classic Italian dishes, prime steaks, and fresh seafood at this elegant restaurant located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Round-trip transportation will be provided.
Day 2
- Maverick Helicopters Aerial Tour
After a memorable flight in an ECO-Star helicopter over Hoover Dam and the Colorado River, you’ll circle the West Rim of this natural wonder. Then, descend and land on the canyon floor. Round-trip transportation in stylish Lux Buses to the helicopter terminal will be provided. - Light Lunch in the Grand Canyon
Delight in a casual lunch befitting this active excursion in a private picnic area inside the canyon. - Eagle Point and Skywalk Bridge
Visit one of the most popular sites in the Grand Canyon. Learn about the rich heritage of Indigenous peoples at the Native American Village. Venture onto Skywalk, a 10-foot-wide, horseshoe-shaped glass bridge over the canyon’s rim.
Please note that there will be a lot of walking, sometimes on uneven or rocky terrain. You must be ambulatory to attend and wear comfortable, closed-toe athletic shoes or hiking boots.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 60-days-prior-to-arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
The total retail value of this package is $5,340. Retail value of accommodations is $750. The total retail value of incentives is $4,590. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change and/or unavailable.
