Get Set for a Wild California Adventure on the Island
Outdoor fun. Charming shopping and dining spots. Protected wildlife. Catalina Island is a gem with many facets to discover, making it an ideal setting for California exploring. On this trip, you’ll experience the best of the island — and see some picturesque spots few visitors get to see.
Your elegant excursion begins with check-in and a champagne toast at Marriott’s Newport Coast® Villas, your vacation haven overlooking the ocean. Spend the evening checking out the area and taking in its magnificent panoramas. Or stay in and enjoy your resort’s amenities.
Day 2 will begin with your executive coach whisking you away to the ferry terminal. Take in the gorgeous scenery and panoramic views during your relaxing ferry ride to Catalina Island. Upon arrival, savor a sumptuous lunch at a favorite local restaurant with stunning views of Avalon Bay.
The fun continues as you board your safari vehicle for a two-hour adventure tour. Learn about the island’s history and wildlife as you ride through protected parts of the island. You may even catch a glimpse of native fauna like bison, deer, bald eagles, ravens, or the Catalina Island fox.

Packages Offered
Each package includes spacious accommodations in a 2-bedroom villa at Marriott’s Newport Coast® Villas. Please note: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the events described below.
Day 1
- Day of Arrival
Check in at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas at 4 p.m. - Event Registration and Champagne Toast
Registration starts at 4:30 p.m. at the koi pond near the main lobby.
Day 2
- Voyage to Catalina Island
Board your ferry for a scenic ride to Catalina Island. - Lunch in Avalon
Savor your midday meal on the island at a favorite local restaurant with stunning views of Avalon Bay. - Catalina Island Adventure Tour
On your two-hour safari vehicle tour, you’ll see parts of the island few visitors get to experience. You may catch a glimpse of native fauna such as bison, deer, bald eagles, ravens, or the Catalina Island fox. Round-trip transportation will be provided for all events.

Owners who do not attend the sales presentation may be charged up to the full retail value of this package.
If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together to receive this offer; singles may purchase separately. Package is nontransferable. To be eligible, participants must: (1) own a Beneficial Interest in the MVC Trust; or (2) own a week that is enrolled in the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program; or (3) own a Vacation Ownership Interest that is enrolled in the Vistana Signature Network exchange program.
Excluded from this offer are:
- (i) Employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
- (ii) Owners with a confirmed reservation for, or who have attended, an Exclusive Owner Event and timeshare presentation sponsored by Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. within 6 months of the date that this package commences;

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 61 days prior to arrive time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida, 32836.
The total retail value of this package is $3,445. Retail value of accommodations is $2,509. The total retail value of incentives is $936. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change, and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary.
Airfare, transportation, additional expenses, applicable taxes, if any, and gratuities are not included with this offer.
