It’s an event of a lifetime — a thrilling Vegas getaway to see two incredible music megastars: Billy Joel and Sting.
Known for decades of pop rock tunes like “Just the Way You Are,” “Uptown Girl,” “The Longest Time,” and signature hit “Piano Man,” Billy Joel has sold more than 160 million records and is one of the world’s bestselling music artists.
Co-headliner Sting has sold more than 100 million records both as the former Police front man and solo. With hits like “We’ll Be Together” and “If You Love Somebody Set Them Free,” the actor and musician’s solo career has spawned numerous successful albums.
Your rocking adventure begins with check-in and event registration at Marriott’s Grand Chateau®. After settling in, savor an elegant dinner at The Palm Las Vegas restaurant inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Spend the rest of the evening exploring the city on your own, or relax and enjoy the resort’s amenities.
The next day is yours to explore the sunny side of Las Vegas until it’s time for the show. Then, catch your executive coach to Allegiant Stadium to watch the performance, with provided food and beverages, from your Club Suite. Please note: Round-trip transportation is provided, but an additional 10- to 15-minute walk is required to reach the destination.

Day 1
- Day of Arrival
Check in at Marriott’s Grand Chateau at 4 p.m. - Event Registration and Champagne Toast
Registration starts at 4:30 p.m. in the Sales Gallery Welcome Center on the 37th floor. - Dinner at The Palm Las Vegas
Savor classic dining, including prime steaks and fresh seafood, from a select menu at this restaurant in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Round-trip transportation will be provided.
- Explore Vegas at Night
After dinner, embark on your own nighttime Vegas excursion and experience the city’s exciting shows and attractions. Or return to your resort to enjoy its amenities.
Day 2
- Discover Vegas During the Day
Venture out and explore the sunny side of the city on your own. Visit an aquarium, check out the museums, or just stroll along the Strip. - Billy Joel and Sting Concert
Your executive coach will transport you to Allegiant Stadium where you’ll enjoy an excellent view, along with food and beverages, from your Club Suite.
Round-trip transportation is provided, but an additional 10- to 15-minute walk is required to reach the destination.
Day 3

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 61 days prior to arrive time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida, 32836.
The total retail value of this package is $4,331. Retail value of accommodations is $750. The total retail value of incentives is $3,581. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change, and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary.
