Presentation - Attendance at the preview and sales presentation, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is required to receive this special offer. If married, cohabitating, or in a life partnership, both parties must attend together to receive this special offer. Owners who do not attend the sales presentation may be charged up to the full retail value of this package.

Room Reservations - Do not purchase airfare until your arrival dates are confirmed. You may incur other incidental fees that are not included in your package cost, such as telephone charges, transportation, meals, tickets, taxes, tips, housekeeping, and other charges of a personal nature, if you request these services. The total retail value of this package is $2,555. Retail value of accommodations is $1,500. The total retail value of incentives is $1,055. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary. Offer available to the first qualified Owners booked.

Cancellations –
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 61 days prior to arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
-Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
